We appreciate your
visit with us. We want to remind you
that we are committed to providing superior
customer service and want you to enjoy
essential oils and aromatherapy as much
as we do! Please do not hesitate to contact

There is a $25.00 minimum
order! Orders for amounts less than $25.00
will/may be canceled, before shipping,
without notice!
We can ship internationally!
(USPS, not UPS) However, we reserve the
right to determine which countries we
will ship to.
Completing an order
with our company requires that you agree
to our policies/terms of business. Placing
your order constitutes your agreement
to these policies/terms of business.
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
credit/debit cards, American Express,
PayPal, and e-Checks, through our secure
shopping cart.
We will accept money orders if you email
and request to pay by money order. We
ask that you use only the money orders
sold by the US Postal Service. There
have been many instances of counterfeit
money orders through banks and other
sources. While they all appear to be
valid upon receipt, it is not uncommon
for them to be phony and bounce back
like a bad check at a later date. For
this reason, if you pay by money order
and it is NOT a USPS money order, we
will not ship immediately upon receipt.
We will wait a minimum of 5 but maximum
of 10 days to allow the money order to
clear the banking system.
Security:
PrismsAromaTherapy.com offers a Secure
Socket Layer server on our ordering
pages by which you will send your ordering
information and so that the data can
be viewed ONLY by PrismsAromaTherapy.com.
Returns:
All of our products are 100% guaranteed.
If for some reason you are not satisfied
with one of our products, let us know
within 7 days of receipt of product
in order to obtain a return authorization,
for replacement or account credit.
All products must be returned in the
original packaging and be in saleable
condition. Opened and used products
will not be credited.
Unauthorized returns
will be discarded and we will not issue
any credit.
If you ever have a problem with any product
that we sell, please call or e-mail us
before you ship the product back to us
for authorization.
If we send you an item in error, notify
us within 3 days of receiving the package.
We will pay for your return postage and
rectify the error immediately. If the
return is due to an error on your part
then you will be responsible for the
return shipping charges.
If the shipment
is visibly damaged, it should not be
accepted by the customer and reported
to our customer service department immediately.
If there was no visible sign, but you
find the material damaged within the
box, save the original packaging material
for inspection by the courier. We will
work promptly to get a replacement product
out to you right away. Bulk products
are returnable in the event of shipping
error, defect, or damage only.
Privacy:
We do not sell/share any of
your personal information with any
3rd party.
We use it ONLY for processing
your order.
You will NOT be added to any other
mailing lists.
